The Game on New DJ Khaled Album "We The Best"

Almost a year after his debut Listennn..The Album was released, Miami-based DJ and producer DJ Khaled is back with his sophomore effort We The Best.

We The Best compiles some of today’s best known Hip-Hop talent and pairs them with DJ Khaled’s signature Miami sound.

"We The Best represents everybody," DJ Khaled told AllHipHop.com "'We Takin' Over’ is just a new sound. To be successful you have to work 24 hours around the clock and that's what [I’m] doing.”

The first single off of We The Best is “We Takin’ Over,” which features T.I., Akon, Fat Joe, Rick Ross, Lil’ Wayne and Baby. The single was recently serviced to radio and television outlets across the country.

Other artists lending their talent to We The Best include Game, Jadakiss, Paul Wall, Trick Daddy, Ja Rule, Ludacris, Jeezy, Juelz Santana, Styles P, Cassidy, and Young Dro.

With an increasing number of artists coming out of Miami it’s no surprise that DJ Khaled maintains a heavy work ethic.

Along with deejaying, producing, and hosting "The Take Over" on Miami/Fort Lauderdale’’s 99 WEDR-FM, DJ Khaled is also managing a group of producers named The Runners.

"Miami got the vibes out here," DJ Khaled said. "We got the hood and the water out here. You also get your hits out here. More new Miami artist[s] are coming that [are] going to be real big.”

We The Best will be released June 12 through Terror Squad/KOCH Records.
